Who Am I?

“Squelching Al’s Exhuberance” has always been the title of a play that lies half-written in my mind. This play has to do with living your life for someone else, only to discover, upon dying, that all you lived for is turned on its head. It sounds a little morose and whiny, but actually the humor is quite raucous. I will write it. One day. But in the mean time, I’ll steal the title and blog for a while.

  1. Seriously, Uncle Alan… who knew you were the Silver Fox? You are a hunk; I just saw your photo ops on Farrah’s blog and can hardly stand it. I knew you when Farrah and I were kids but I obviously didn’t realize what a hot commodity you were. And you garden when paying a visit? Stop it.

  2. Mr. Newbold….a voice from your past….Roger from Knoxville…World’s Fair.

Looks like you are well. Would love to catch up.

    Cheers.

  3. Roger! Right back at you. I’m at an airport in LGA and just burst out with an effusive laugh when I saw your post. Way to much time has past. Yes — let’s catch up.
